This guy has read so many books in prison - it’s so obvious from his vocabulary and how he articulates himself. He also reminds me of a young Mike Tyson - he has a quiet intensity to him and like Mike, is highly intelligent and well read - I bet he has a ferocious temper. That intensity is just simmering.

A very intelligent woman told me ypyour head is like a library if you don't keep it tidy you will suffer at some point having been a addict and I've done some not very savoury things it's bloody tough at times now donkeys years later.
Today I walk away from bs and I'm ten times the man I was when I thought I was tough, which btw I wasn't. As game as they come but not tough. Funny how your perspective changes totally. 43 and its only been the last 5 years I've started to sort my shit out.
I feel very, very grateful for having beaten my demons. The success rate for addiction is between 2 and 5% and tbh that breaks my heart, it really does. I know what some people are going through.
When you start to think it would be so much easier to not be here, well, it's terrifying tbh.

This was a brilliant listen for the long journey today. A true bad man who don’t need to spout nonsense. We see a nice man speaking properly but this wasn’t always the case he would of been a nightmare to be on the wrong side off.

You just know if this guy was born n brought up in a privledged environment with access to good education and social support such as youth clubs libraries sports programmes, with such good parents he would have been a success , the British goverment with austerity has conpletley turned working class communities into ghettos n the class system looks down on them , i would never raise children in London

I grew up with him and no he wasn't living in a privileged environment or went to a good school .... he's educated himself yet was always intelligent and he wasn't a bully ... he just got caught up in the whole madness of battersea and South london back in the day
